StyleCrush Food For Thought

Late last year it was announced that singer sensation Lady Gaga would be the face of Versace in their Spring/Summer ad campaign.

The campaign featured a series of photos of the superstar modelling the label's dress and handbags, however this week the unretouched photos surfaced online onto a Lady Gaga fansite which have since been taken down.


Earlier this year actress Lena Dunham was caught under fire after her unretouched images of her spread in American Vogue magazine also leaked online.


In light of these images one can only question if what we view in magazines is merely a deception or necessary to sell a product?
